Montenegro: today, tomorrow - and relations with Serbia

Nebojša Cagorovic is a political analyst from Podgorica. Former secretary for international cooperation in the Liberal Alliance of Montenegro, he has worked as a Reuters correspondent and more recently for USAID in both Podgorica and Zagreb. His academic work is on the Serbian and Montenegrin Orthodox Churches, while he has also written as a journalist on a wide range of contemporary political topics. Sonja Biserko is president of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in Serbia and editor of its monthly Helsinška povelja. Many of her articles have been translated in Bosnia Report, and she spoke at an earlier BI forum in 1999.
