Gori vatra [Fuse] was premiered at the Sarajevo Film Festival, 2003, and has already won awards at festivals at Zagreb, Marrakesh, Locarno and London. It was Bosnia-Herzegovina’s candidate for nomination to the 2004 Oscars. The film is a tragi-comic drama, centred on a visit by Bill Clinton to a central Bosnian village.

The screening will be preceded by a reception celebrating the publication of 'Gradnja nacionaliteta' (Bosnian translation of 'The Construction of Nationhood') by Adrian Hastings, and of 'Bosnia in Britain/Bosna izvan sebe' by Miroslav Jancic
