Human rights in B-H ten years after Dayton

Branko Todorovic was a founding member of the Helsinki Committee for Human Rights in RS, formed in his home town of Bijeljina in 1996, and is currently its executive director. He was also one of the founders of the Truth and Reconciliation Association, and is a board member of the Balkan Human Right Network. Addressing a packed meeting, he located the issue of human rights in B-H within the post-Dayton social framework, stimulating a lively and thought-provoking discussion.
