World Court starts hearing Bosnia’s case

On 27 February 2006 the International Court of Justice finally began hearing the case brought by Bosnia-Herzegovina against Serbia in 1993, demanding reparations on the grounds that the latter was responsible for genocide in B-H during the 1992-95 war.
Unlike the trials at the ICTY, the oral pleadings in this case before the International Court of Justice are not being broadcast. However, verbatim transcripts of each day's public sitting are posted daily on the Court's website:
